Step 1
First of all, you should find out if a Changemaker movement is started or if someone is attempting to start a Changemaker-movement in your country. You can either fax us +4722092720 or e-mail us: 
, or contact your Church. If a Changemaeker movement is established, ask them how you can get connected. If there is one, but is facing difficulties, ask how you can assist to help it. If there isn't one yet, send us a fax with ideas on how you would like to assist to start a national movement. Some Changemaker-movements, are connected to Changemaker Norway, whilst other ones are more independent. If you are interested in starting a National Changemaker-movement, it is a good idea to contact your Church. If you have other questions, send us a fax or e-mail. We are happy to send you information.
Step 2
Send an invitation to all Changemakers or potential Changemakers in your area. If there is no National Changemaker-movement in your country, it is a good idea to get together with friends that are interested in the idea.
Step 3
Prepare the first meeting well. Make an agenda, and set aside plenty of time to socialise and get to know each other. Discuss your expectations and ideas. Lots of people would appreciate some food being served.
Step 4
Share the responsibilities and tasks among yourselves.
Step 5
Agree on the time and place for the next meeting! Let us or the National Changemaker-movement knows that you have started a new Local Group. If you have started a National Changemaker-movement, we are of course also very happy if you tell us so that we can assist each other and exchange ideas.
